Mission
Our mission is to provide clients with specialist process engineering services for water and wastewater treatment, from concept planning through to commissioning and ongoing operation support, with a highly skilled professional team working together, using common sense and practical experience.
Experience
EPE’s Principal Process Engineers have international experience in the commissioning of several fast track, major infrastructure projects which have been delivered successfully with an impressive safety record, on time and budget, to a high standard that has meant smooth ongoing operations.
Concept Process Design
The preparation of Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) for companies or government departments to perform feasibility studies. Equipment sizing and technical descriptions for companies to tender on projects. Process calculation, preparation of equipment schedules and control philosophies for the design of water and wastewater treatment plants.
Commissioning Management
Preparation of commissioning management plans, safety plans, commissioning inspection and test plans, pull together a commissioning team and manage the day to day commissioning activities. Undertake the commissioning to deliver an operating plant to the requirements of the client on time and on budget.
Operation support and optimisation
Support operators in trouble shooting operational defects, optimise their process to reduce operating costs or improve performance to simplify operation.
